‘GDPI Event’ Hosted by Kalinga University @ Bhilai
Kalinga University, renowned for its commitment to academic excellence, recently hosted a highly successful Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI) event at Hotel Amit Park International, Bhilai for aspiring students and final-year candidates. More than 150 enthusiastic students from several institutions in Bhilai and Raipur attended the event, which was organized by the Faculty of Commerce and Management, Kalinga University.
Dr. Jasmine Joshi, the Dean of Students’ Welfare, welcomed everyone to the event and gave an insightful introduction of Kalinga University with an engaging presentation that provided attendees with valuable insights into the university’s ethos and academic offerings.
Ms. Shinki Pandey, Head of the Faculty of Commerce and Management, addressed the students to enlighten them on the code of conduct for Group Discussions and Personal Interviews. The students who were preparing for these critical phases of their academic and professional careers found her knowledge and advice to be of immense value.
Ms. Nishtha Sharma and Ms. Riya Goel, the energetic anchors of the event, expertly steered the proceedings with their charm and expertise, making sure that the attendees felt engaged and inspired throughout the event.
The day was given a fun twist with team-building games that not only created camaraderie among the participants but also helped them hone important skills for group interactions. Laughter and learning went hand in hand during these engaging activities.
The day ended on a wonderful note with a gourmet lunch for all guests, giving them an opportunity to network and share their experiences. Kalinga University looks forward to welcoming these talented individuals to our esteemed institution in the near future.
The event’s success would not have been possible without the dedicated efforts of the organizing team, comprising Mr. Abhishek Sharma, Mr. J Vishal, Ms. Neha Chawla, Ms. Shabnam Sheikh, and Ms. Muskan from the marketing department. Their diligent organization and execution ensured that the GDPI event was both useful and pleasant for all participants.
