Raipur, 26-08-2023: Kalinga University entered into Two MoUs with Electronic Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI) and BDS Education to work more extensively for the growth of the students.
Kalinga University and Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI) entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on 25th of August 2023 (Friday).
Electronics Sector Skills Council of India (ESSCI) is a not-for-profit organization, registered under the Indian Companies Act, 1956. ESSCI’s vision is to develop a future-ready skilled workforce for the Electronics Systems, Design and Manufacturing Industry Sector, Development of foundation courses for School & Colleges, Building Centre of Excellence & Model Training Centers etc.
The MoU was signed by Dr. Abhilasha Gaur, COO, ESSCI and Dr. Sandeep Gandhi, Registrar, Kalinga University. The basic concept and objective of this collaboration are to facilitate Kalinga University students in skilling, reskilling and upskilling, training in Blended Mode for faculties/trainers nominated by Kalinga University, providing faculty development programs etc. by ESSCI.
Kalinga University also entered into another Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with BDS Education.
BDS Education is the Education division of Bharat Drone System Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Drone World Australia. Run by a team of army vetrans, it aims at making quality Education in Coding, Robotics and similar technologies accessible to all rich and poor, urban or rural.
The MoU was signed by Col. (Retd) N C Gupta, Director, BDS Education and Dr. Sandeep Gandhi, Registrar, Kalinga University. The basic concept and objective of this collaboration are to facilitate Kalinga University students by setting up Centre of Excellence (COE) in the campus of the university, providing training to the trainers nominated by Kalinga University, running training programs for Schools, Colleges & University students with different durations in the field of Coding, Robotics and Drones.
Kalinga University is a reputed educational institution in Central India. It is the only private university in Chhattisgarh, which is included in the NIRF Ranking in the year 2022 and 2023 in the band of top 101-150 Universities.
